PBCA / BPT DURGA PUJA 2019: Friday, October 11, 2019 from 7:00 pm to Monday, October 14, 2019 1:00 pm

At Michael Power St. Joseph School, 105 Eringate Dr. Etobicoke, ON, M9C 3Z7.

Entertainment Program: Friday, Oct.11/19 at 9PM:. “Uttorang” musical group from Kolkata(Irina Ray-singar/Rana Sarkar-composer/Tapan Chaki-Tabla player) & popular local performers will perform. Saturday, Oct.12/19 at 8:30PM: Sa Re Ga Ma Pa groomer & play back singer Niemalya Roy from Kolkata and popular local performers will perform. Sunday, Oct. 13/19 at 8:30PM: Super star of Bengali screen & National award winner Rituparna Sengupta & popular local performers will perform. Please get your wrist band to witness the fabulous shows on a first come first served basis.

Prabasi Bengali Cultural Association (PBCA) is a registered non-profit cultural association, and Bangiya Parishad (BP) is a registered charitable religious institution.

The two sister organizations organize various community programs, and caters to the social, cultural and religious needs of the large South Asian Bengali community in and around Greater Metropolitan Toronto. Both association's aim is to provide a mixture of education, entertainment and promote an awareness and understanding of Bengali culture and customs.

Membership is available for those wishing to support the community and also taking advantage of reduced rate admission of cultural programmes.

PBCA / BPT BREAKING NEWS:

Dear Members, We would like to thank each and every member who came to participate in PBCA/BPT General Election on September 22nd, 2019 & President's Election on September, 29th at Tagore Centre. We would also like to thank all the past as well as new members who became PBCA members.

As you all are already aware that as per the court order from Ontario Superior Court of Justice, we had to complete the general elections and form a new board of directors for both PBCA & BPT within 30 days from the hearing date of 26th August 2019.
